  • Remote, back-end operational support to coordinate logistics, housing, transport, meeting pathways, and regulatory briefings through a trusted regional network. The goal is to eliminate first-phase friction, compress lead times, and reduce the likelihood of errors and setbacks.

    Why This Matters

Teams entering the corridor without embedded support often face:

    • Excessive burn rates

    • Delays in permitting, access, or site visitation

For a startup deploying a mission-critical advance team, this offering replaces guesswork with a structured operational track.

    Service Components

    Pre-Arrival Coordination

    • Lodging and HQ setup arranged through trusted local channels

    • Transport, communications, and support staff identified in advance

    • Travel briefings, route selection, and administrative guidance delivered remotely

    On-Ground Facilitation (Remotely Directed)

    • Reception and onboarding coordinated via regional partners

    • Transit and movement support across Kigali, Rubavu, or Bukavu

    • Stakeholder meeting preparation and sequence planning

    Quarterly Operational Support

    • Ongoing logistics coordination, including personnel and vehicle rotation

    • Route adjustments and local procurement oversight

    • Direct communication with HQ or capital partners, as needed

    Strategic Benefits to Startups

    • Avoid Burn Rate Erosion: Reduces avoidable costs that accumulate rapidly in foreign entry missions

    • Accelerated Positioning: Compresses the deployment timeline by weeks or months

    • Maintains Optics: Positions the team as competent, discreet, and aligned with local norms

    • Protects Momentum: Avoids the backtracking and delays that stall follow-on capital or board confidence

    • Preserves MVP Valuation: Supports a clean operational narrative for investors by avoiding the optics of unforced errors or premature corridor entry

    • Logistical Coordination of Equipment and Materials: Ensures that mission-critical gear arrives at the right staging point, on time. With visibility into team activities, I can help identify what’s needed—and arrange for it to be sourced or shipped—so that operations remain uninterrupted.

    • Leverages Network: Access to trusted logistical channels and field-tested personnel without the need to establish local infrastructure prematurely

    Engagement Terms

    • Fee begins at $85,000 per quarter (10–15 personnel)

    • Remote support; on-ground execution coordinated through regional network

    • 30-day lead time prior to deployment

    • Duration: 1 to 3 quarters, renewable
